As new government advice comes into force, many of your clients may leave a significant proportion of their staff working from home, raising issues on how they can be appropriately supported through to next spring.

As a multi-vendor provider, CCE can support all hardware that is already in place with a full-service and support package, taking the strain away from service desks and management.

How does it work?

CCE Partners provide a support service wrap that incorporates all the hardware that a remote worker may be using – computer, printer, networking and connectivity. A typical support wrap may be:

  • 1 x Mono printer

Engagement

  1. Discuss your clients requirements
  2. Client delivers a list of each remote worker and their IT assets to verify the service
  3. Agree on product set for the Managed Print agreement
  4. Send quotation
  5. Receive PO and deliver

Benefits

Your customer does not have to rely on warranty providers where that service could be return to base (depot) or parts are sent for the user to install hence receiving inconsistent resource and support.

Printer toner is automatically posted when running low with our Managed Print Service, avoiding drops in productivity, or missing critical deadlines. This provides a standard contracted office price per page rather than employees buying toner and expensing it.

Our UK service desk is available to support the user across a wide range of support needs, including level 1 and 2 as well as issues with Microsoft software and productivity tools such as ‘Teams’.

Your customer has a single site cost for each user for all support and issues as well as the ability to easily charge individual departments.

By standardising with a single multivendor partner all hardware can be supported reducing cost, increasing service levels and user satisfaction.
